Fastwallet - Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Fastwallet! By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review the following carefully before using our app or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fastwallet All-in-One Delivery App (hereinafter referred to as "Fastwallet" or "the App"), you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Service Overview
Fastwallet provides a platform that connects local vendors with customers, enabling the delivery of goods such as groceries, food, daily essentials, and more. As a user of the platform, you may either be:
A Vendor – offering products for sale on Fastwallet
A Customer – ordering products from local vendors via Fastwallet
A Franchisee – managing deliveries and vendor relations within your designated area.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the Fastwallet platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information during the registration process.
- Maintain the security of your account and password.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Fastwallet will not be liable for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.
4. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors using Fastwallet must:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure that all items listed for sale meet quality and safety standards.
- Honor promotions and prices listed on the platform.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of orders.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers using Fastwallet must:
- Provide accurate delivery information when placing an order.
- Ensure payment is made for the products and services purchased through the platform.
- Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
- Comply with any additional vendor policies applicable to specific orders.
6. Franchisee Responsibilities
As a Fastwallet franchisee, you agree to:
- Manage deliveries and vendor onboarding in your designated area.
- Provide support to vendors, ensuring they have the necessary materials and access to Fastwallet resources.
- Maintain good relationships with vendors and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Comply with Fastwallet’s franchise agreement and all applicable local laws.
7. Payments and Fees
For Customers: You agree to pay all applicable fees for products and services ordered through Fastwallet.
For Vendors: You agree to pay a commission fee to Fastwallet for each order processed through the platform.
For Franchisees: Franchisees may be required to pay a security deposit, and Fastwallet may deduct applicable commissions and fees from earnings as outlined in the franchise agreement.
8. Delivery and Liability
Fastwallet is committed to ensuring timely deliveries. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery time as it is subject to external factors, such as traffic conditions, vendor preparation time, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Fastwallet will not be held liable for any delays or failure to deliver an order on time.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
For Customers: Refunds will be processed based on the cancellation policy of the vendor. In case of missing or damaged items, you may raise a complaint through the app, and the vendor will handle it according to their policy.
For Vendors: If you cancel an order after it has been accepted, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.
For Franchisees: Franchisees must adhere to the franchise agreement, and any cancellations of service or contract must be in accordance with the terms outlined in the agreement.
10. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the app, including design, content, logos, trademarks, and data, are owned by Fastwallet. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the app without express written consent from Fastwallet.
11. Privacy
Fastwallet values your privacy. We collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Modifications to Service
Fastwallet reserves the right to modify or discontinue the platform or any part of it at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of service.
13. Termination
Fastwallet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to be in violation of these terms and conditions. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to the app, and any pending balances may be forfeited.
14. Limitation of Liability
Fastwallet is not responsible for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from the use or inability to use the platform.
- Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the information provided by vendors or customers.
15. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
