Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • The order was not delivered due to an issue from our end.
  • You received a damaged, expired, or incorrect item.
  • The order was canceled before dispatch.
  • Payment was deducted, but the order was not confirmed.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be processed in cases where:

  • The delivery was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The order was delivered as per the request but not to satisfaction.
  • The cancellation request was made after the order was dispatched.
  • The user provided incorrect delivery details.

4. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team within 24 hours of order delivery.
  2. Provide necessary details like order ID, issue description, and images (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used:

  • UPI / Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-7 business days
  • Fastwallet Wallet: Instant credit
